I created Math with Dad(s)™ from my simple belief: fathers and father figures are already teachers.
Through my work in education, family engagement, behavioral support, parent leadership, and community organizing, I have seen how powerful learning can become when families recognize the knowledge and strengths they already carry.
I began thinking more deeply about what it would look like to create an experience that intentionally centers fathers as teachers, learning partners, and leaders—while helping families recognize the math already happening in everyday life.
That belief became Math with Dad(s)™.
I am building this initiative to help fathers and children learn together, strengthen their relationships, and see everyday life as a place where meaningful learning is already happening.

Family first. Pray. Don’t quit. Those are some of the codes I live by.
As a father, I believe strong families are the foundation of strong communities. Through my work in community leadership and parent organizing, I have learned the importance of listening, showing up, and building relationships rooted in trust.
I wasn’t a straight-A student, but I did graduate. My journey taught me that success is not about being perfect—it is about continuing to show up, putting in the work, and refusing to quit. That is one of the biggest things I want the fathers involved with Math with Dad(s)™ to know: you don’t have to be perfect or have all the answers to make a difference in your child’s life.
I’m building Math with Dad(s)™ in my community first, hoping what we learn and create together can grow and make an impact in other communities.
As Co-Founder of Math with Dad(s)™, I want fathers and father figures to know that their voices, experiences, and strengths matter. My goal is to connect with fathers, strengthen community relationships, and build partnerships that will help us grow.
We can accomplish something meaningful when we support one another, stay authentic, and keep moving forward—even when the road gets difficult.
